The Nimbus is a wind proof and water resistant jacket with an adjustable, roll-away hood.

While some may dismiss the Nimbus as a 'heavy' windshirt - just look a bit closer and you'll see that it really is an incredibly practical jacket for a range of conditions.

The Pertex® Microlight fabric offers increased weather protection over other windshirts and also provides proper bad weather protection with the addition of the roll-away hood. The Microlight is more like a very lightweight rain jacket - ideal for summer conditions where you may get occasional showers but really don't need the protection or warmth of a full waterproof or softshell.

The Nimbus is ideal for trek and travel use due to its small pack size and relatively low weight, but the extra durability offered by the Pertex® Microlight 30D fabric (the same as used on our Microlight down jackets), makes it ideal for hill and mountain walking. The Nimbus also makes a great multi sport jacket - ideal for fast and light running and riding.
